I had to book appointment to see Ilebaye after her fame – Father reveals

The father of Ilebaye Odiniya, winner of the Big Brother Naija All Stars edition, has spoken publicly about the ongoing family crisis involving the reality television star.

Speaking during an emotional interview in Abuja on Sunday, Emmanuel Odiniya alleged that his relationship with his daughter changed following her rise to fame after winning the reality show.

According to him, Ilebaye now requires him to book appointments before he can see her, a development he said reflects the growing distance between them.

“She made me book an appointment before I could see her.

Things are no longer the same between us,” he said.

The comments come days after a viral video surfaced online showing the reality star in an emotional state, triggering widespread reactions on social media and reportedly prompting police intervention.

The incident has continued to generate debate online, with fans expressing concern over the family dispute and the well-being of the former BBNaija winner.

Reality television personality Tacha Akide also reacted publicly to the situation, calling for urgent intervention after Ilebaye’s emotional livestream circulated online.

According to reports by Vanguard Newspaper, Tacha said, “Ilebaye’s face has been ruined.”
